August 23, '23-

 August 23 2023-  Trips to Seal Island

Battling sap suckers,  not fighting over the birch Tree there is a mountain ash next to the Birch that was the issue,  there were sapsuka's on the mountain ash all fall, and many battles for it, how long any individual bird stayed I don't know.
through the islands towards Isle au Haut.

Skua on the moorning, note Kingfisher on the mast, common terns and Fish Hawks also used the mast as a roost during the summer.

we had a wave of Hermit thrushes passing greens this fall, they stripped this Mountain ash in a few days
