Recent sightings May 26 2015, Spotted Sandpiper, Fulmar

May 14
a couple of Great cormorants on nests at Little Roberts Island,  there were only 5 nests counted there.


Female Spotted Sandpiper ashore at Seal Island.





 
May 25 Matinicus Rock
 

 We were down at Matinicus Rock and Keenan spotted this Fulmar
Rare around here unless you go offshore a ways

We saw it go zooming past and out of sight then it came right across the bow again giving a chance to get a few quick shots at it,
